Of course journalism doesn’t need print
http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/greenslade/2010/sep/13/digital-media-newspapers
The words ‘no-brainer’ and ‘motherhood and apple pie’ came to mind when I read this.
To say that good journalism will die with print is patently nonsense.
Good journalism is about good research and writing. How people consume it has nothing to do with its quality.
Most of all, the appetite for good journalism is unlikely to die, so there will always be entrepreneurs happy to meet that need for a price.
QED.
